"Oh my, where do I begin... Kim Parker is THE BEST! Whatever your needs are for finding a house, she's the one to go with. If you need to know something, she knows it or will get you an answer asap, absolutely every time. Amazing the heart on this woman. My husband and I feel it was a "divine intervention" that we met her. If I ever hear someone is even thinking about selling or buyer a home, I will tell them to talk to her first! Never pushy, and never took us to homes that we wouldn't like. Worked as close and as far as we needed her to be. LOVE LOVE LOVE KIM PARKER!"

"Kim is one amazing realtor. She is so patient and extremely helpful! She got to know my needs so I didn't have to come in from Dallas every weekend and look.. She was pre-look at properties to see if they fit my style and needs. Talk about on the ball.. She caught a property that was on the market one day and didn't even have pics posted and we bought it on the spot.. We've since bought another property from her and she continues to help us with our rental potential homes and flip potentials.. Never have I worked with a more perfect realtor than Kim..
